Pomegranate Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp Pome Royal Pomegranate Sauce (for deeper flavor)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prepare the base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely, but do not let it boil.
Add flavor: Remove from heat and whisk in Pome Royal Pomegranate Juice, Pome Royal Pomegranate Sauce, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Chill: Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely chilled.
Churn: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually about 20-30 minutes).
Freeze: Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and drizzle with extra Pome Royal Pomegranate Sauce for a rich, tangy finish.
