Pomegranate Ice Cream

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely, but do not let it boil.

  2. Add flavor: Remove from heat and whisk in Pome Royal Pomegranate Juice, Pome Royal Pomegranate Sauce, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

  3. Chill: Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely chilled.

  4. Churn: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually about 20-30 minutes).

  5. Freeze: Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.

  6. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and drizzle with extra Pome Royal Pomegranate Sauce for a rich, tangy finish.
