Pomegranate Juice / Pomegranate Molasses
PREPARATION
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Simmer pomegranate juice until slightly thick or warm molasses gently. Sear or bake salmon until flaky. Brush with glaze and finish with herbs and arils.
Pro Tip
Add the glaze at the very end for a mirror-like finish.
